To Provide Affordable Quality Communications Service to Our Customers.

Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. is a member owned company which was founded in 1954 for the purpose of providing telephone service for its members/owners in rural areas of Pulaski and White counties. Because we are a cooperative, we strive to offer the most up-to-date technology to our members/owners. Today, we are involved with local Internet connection and long distance. Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative has a presence right here in your community, staffed with friendly, courteous professionals that you can talk to over the telephone or in person.

The Pulaski-White Cooperative is made up of a governing body elected by its members/owners annually for three year terms. Three of the nine members are up for election each year. This annual meeting is always held the third Tuesday in March for our members/owners to have a say in how the business is run. You, our members/owners, are our most valuable assets.

In addition to providing quality and competitively priced telecommunications services to cooperative member/owners, Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. is a local company. We are right here in your community and staffed by knowledgeable professionals...people you know and trust. Pulaski-White and its employees offer support to the community in a variety of ways.

Coverage Area
Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative serves portions of Pulaski and White counties with over 2000 access lines for telecommunications needs to the Star City, 595 and Buffalo, 278 exchanges.

Capital Credits

Capital Credits are the excess margins that are allocated back to the members in the form of capital credit checks. These excess receipts are kept by the Co-op for a period of time to provide working capital for service expansion, equipment updates, and new services. The determination to pay capital credits is made annually by the elected Board of Directors.

Pulaski-White Internet Dial-up and Internet High Speed DSL

In the summer of 1996, Pulaski-White Rural Telephone set up local (toll free) Internet access to most of Pulaski and White counties. In October of 2004 Internet High Speed DSL, a high speed Internet access was made available to the 278 and 595 exchanges. In April of 2007 Wireless High-Speed Internet was made available to customers in the Winamac area. Serving customers with dial-up, DSL high-speed, and Wireless high-speed we offer you an opportunity to search the World Wide Web, receiving local, friendly, and professional customer service.

Pulaski-White Internet offers dial-up service with a local call connection for the following 278,542, 583, 595, 943, and 946 to the Internet.

Pulaski-White Internet High Speed DSL offers a high speed service to the 278 and 595 exchanges.

Pulaski-White Rural Telephone offers Wireless High-Speed Internet to the Winamac area.

Pulaski-White Communications

In January 2000, Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative set up a subsidiary called Pulaski-White Communications with the purpose of providing long distance service to all of Pulaski-White customers. We also offer Pulaski-White Communications to the following additional exchanges: Burnettsville, Idaville, Kewanna, Monon, Monterey, Monticello, Royal Center, and Winamac. Once again we are providing local, friendly, and professional customer service for up-to-date telecommunications.
