My phone is dead. How can I test my service?
Begin by unplugging all your phones, computers, answering machines, etc. that are plugged into a phone jack.

Test by plugging your phone into the protector, located on the outside of your home.

If your phone works at the protector the problem is inside. Test each phone at the protector then inside at each jack to find inside problem.

My Internet service is not working?
By-pass your surge protector by unpluging your computer or modem phone line from the protector and plugging it directly into the phone jack.

Do you have a maintenance plan for my inside wiring and/or jacks?
Yes, Inside Wire Maintenance, at less then 7 cents a day, will allow the Pulaski-White service person to fix your station wire and/or jacks during normal business hours at no additional cost to you. This allows you to avoid those costly repair charges when a problem arises with your station wire and/or jacks.
Do you offer 800 service?
Yes, we offer 800 service, making it easy for friends and family to call you. There are no monthly charges and the rate is 6.5 cents per minute, billed in 6 second increments after the first minute. Family and friends can call you any time of the day and from anywhere in the Continental United States.
What is the long distance rate for Pulaski-White Communications?
Pulaski-White Communications long distance rate is 6.5 cents per minute, billed in 6 second increments after the first minute, giving you more talk time for your dollar. Any time of day, anywhere in the Continental United States your rate is 6.5 cents per minute.
