Non-Pay Rules:
Your Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative bill is due upon receipt and must be received in our office by the 17th of each month to avoid being late and having a late charge added to your bill. Failure to pay your Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative bill by the last day of the month will result in discontinuance of your Pulaski-White Rural Telephone service.
Restoration of your Internet service will require full payment of the account, a reconnection charge of $10.00, and your monthly charge in advance.
Restoration of your Telephone service will require full payment of the account, a reconnection charge of $45.00, and deposit if applicable.
Pulaski-White Drop Boxes located in Star City and Buffalo.
For your convenience, Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. has a drop box located across from the drive-up window at the Star City office on US HWY 35. For those in the Buffalo area there is a drop box at the Central Office on State Road 16. There is also a payphone at each of these locations.
Place your payment, check or money order, in an envelope along with your payment stub. Please write your Pulaski-White Rural Telephone account number, located at the top right side of your bill beginning with 000000, on your check so that your payment is applied to the correct account. We are not responsible for cash placed in the drop box.
Payments can be made Monday thru Friday at the Star City office.
