Pulaski-White Communications provides long distance service to the following telephone exchanges: Burnettsville – 826, Buffalo – 278, Idaville – 943, Kewanna – 653, Monon – 253, Monterey – 542, Monticello – 583, Royal Center – 643, Star City – 595, and Winamac – 946.
All Pulaski-White Communications long distance charges will be billed on your Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative telephone bill. You may obtain a Pulaski-White Calling Card for your convenience and/or make it easy for family and friends to call you from anywhere toll free by getting a Toll Free Number.

Pulaski Rural Telephone Cooperative offers two low income assistance programs, Lifeline Assistance and Link-Up Assistance. Any subscriber who meets the low-income eligibility criteria established by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC), and lives within the Pulaski White Rural Telephone Cooperative service area is eligible for participation in one or both of these programs.
